Portishead Town FC established the Walking Football section in 2022 and is an integral part of the club.
Over the last 4 years the club has grown to around 45 active players enjoying weekly practice games and the occasional friendlies with other clubs and competitions.
The club has been going organically with people who range from those that have never kicked a ball in their lives to ex professionals enjoying the adrenalin experience of playing competition football again,.
The club is building for the next stage of evolution and playing weekly games against other clubs and we have teams in the Over 50s, Over 65s and Over 70s age groups.
We are very lucky to access to the superb facilities at Portishead Town Football Club on Bristol Road, with the new 4G pitch, changing rooms and the bar, we also use the all weather facilities at Gordano School.
